Job Title: Client Relationship Manager (CRM)

Location: Delhi, Mansarover Garden
Salary Range: 15k –20k per month
Qualification -Any Graduate
Experience: 1–3 years (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
Gender: Female
Proximity: Candidate should reside within 30–45 minutes of travel time from the office.

Job Overview:

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction post-sale. The role involves consistent communication, follow-ups, query resolution, and ensuring timely service from order confirmation to payment collection. The CRM will serve as a bridge between clients and the company to maintain trust and retain long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all client leads and post-order requirements are handled efficiently.
  • Maintain excellent after-sales service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collect genuine feedback from clients to help improve services and products.
  • Manage the complete service cycle from order confirmation to payment collection.
  • Address client queries and complaints promptly and escalate issues to concerned departments when necessary.
  • Provide clients with accurate information about company products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and retention.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle client concerns tactfully and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Thorough knowledge of company products and services.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google sheets, Email communication, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
