We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage and grow our relationships within various Government and Corporate Hospitals in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is crucial for representing our company and driving the adoption of our cutting-edge Laboratory Diagnostic and Lab Automation products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned hospital accounts. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including Hospital Administrators, Purchase Departments, Lab Managers, and Chief Technologists.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities within the accounts for our range of laboratory diagnostics and automation solutions. Understand the needs of the hospitals and propose tailored product/service packages.
Product Expertise: Maintain a thorough understanding of our entire product portfolio, including technical specifications, clinical applications, and competitive advantages, specifically in the areas of laboratory diagnostics and automation.
Sales and Support: Facilitate the sales process, including presenting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth post-sales support and service coordination.
Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback, competitive intelligence, and customer needs to inform internal sales and product development strategies.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts in the CRM system.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within Thiruvananthapuram and surrounding areas to meet with customers on a regular basis.
Requirements and Qualifications
Proven experience in customer relationship management, sales, or business development, preferably within the Healthcare, Medical Devices, or Diagnostic/Lab industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam (or relevant local language).
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
A quick learner with a strong aptitude for understanding complex technical and clinical information related to laboratory products and automation.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively to meet targets.
Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel frequently across the assigned territory.
A degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
