Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Ambala city

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting our company culture and promoting employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to interviews and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve issues effectively.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure employee goals align with company objectives.
  • Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and professional development.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Coordinate orientation and ongoing training for new and existing staff.
  • Compliance & Policy Management:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Manage compensation structure and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
  • Conduct salary reviews and support payroll processes.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting:
  • Analyze HR data to assess trends and improve practices.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on HR metrics and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
