Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s people strategy by managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, policy development, and compliance. The role requires ensuring a positive work culture, smooth workflow coordination across departments, and effective administration of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding staff.

Develop manpower planning strategies to meet business needs.

Implement structured joining formalities and induction programs.

2. Employee Engagement & Culture

Foster and maintain a positive work culture aligned with company values.

Plan and execute employee engagement programs and customer-engaged HR initiatives.

Regularly monitor workplace behavior and resolve grievances proactively.

3. Performance Management

Implement and monitor the Performance Management System (PMS).

Conduct weekly and monthly PMS reviews with department heads.

Support managers in setting performance goals and tracking outcomes.

4. HR Operations & Policy Implementation

Develop and maintain HR policies for recruitment, resignation, and exit processes.

Conduct exit interviews and maintain proper records.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and HR best practices.

5. Coordination & Administration

Work closely with Factory Administration, Admin Manager (Mr. Srethil), and Admin Officer (Remya) for daily workflow alignment.

Support salary processing, payroll accuracy, and leave management.

Coordinate day-to-day work arrangements and manpower allocations.

Handle additional HR administrative requirements as per management needs.

6. Reporting & Compliance

Provide regular HR reports to management on recruitment status, employee performance, and attrition.

Monitor compliance with company rules, policies, and labor regulations.

Ensure HR systems and employee records are accurate and up-to-date

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
