Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with experience in the NBFC sector to manage and develop Management Information Systems (MIS) for reporting, performance tracking, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and presenting operational and financial data to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to loan disbursements, collections, delinquency (DPD), NPA analysis, customer portfolios, etc. Automate MIS reports and dashboards using tools like Excel (advanced), SQL, Power BI/Tableau. Track performance metrics and KPIs for sales, recovery, and branch performance. Coordinate with departments (Credit, Collections, Finance, Sales) to ensure accurate data reporting. Provide actionable insights from data to support business strategy. Ensure data integrity and conduct audits to maintain accuracy. Monitor and report portfolio performance, aging analysis, and risk metrics. Support regulatory and compliance-related reporting (RBI reporting, statutory audit support). Prepare ad hoc reports as required by senior management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Statistics, or related field; MBA preferred. 2-4 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis, preferably in an NBFC, BFSI, or financial services company. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) , SQL , and exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) . Understanding of NBFC operations, products (secured/unsecured loans), and key financial indicators. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
