Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level TIBCO Developer with 6–8 years of overall experience and 3–5 years of hands-on experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x, 6.x, CE) to design, develop, and maintain robust integration solutions.

This role emphasizes expertise in TIBCO BW for middleware orchestration, combined with Azure cloud services for deployment and scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-performance integrations that support mission-critical business processes, including real-time data exchange, API management, and microservices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Develop Integration Solutions: Architect and implement end-to-end middleware solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5/BW6/CE), including process modeling, workflow automation, and complex data transformations to integrate disparate systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, legacy apps).
• Azure or AWS Cloud Integration: Deploy and manage TIBCO BW applications on Azure platforms, utilizing services like Azure API Management (APIM), Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), AWS (S3, Lambda) for containerized deployments and hybrid cloud environments.
• API and Microservices Development: Build and optimize RESTful/SOAP APIs, microservices using Java/Spring Boot, and event-driven architectures with TIBCO EMS for reliable messaging and real-time processing.
• Migration and Modernization: Lead migrations from legacy TIBCO BW versions (e.g., BW5 to BW6/CE) while incorporating Azure-native patterns for scalability and cost-efficiency.
• Testing and Deployment: Perform unit, integration, and performance testing using tools like TIBCO Hawk and Azure DevOps; automate CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure Pipelines for seamless deployments.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor application performance in production using TIBCO Administrator and Azure Monitor; diagnose and resolve issues in high-availability environments to ensure 99.9% uptime.
• Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with architects, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical design documents, and provide consulting on emerging trends like API-led connectivity and serverless integrations.
• Innovation and Optimization: Stay ahead of industry trends by experimenting with TIBCO adapters, ActiveMatrix, and Azure AI/ML services to enhance solution efficiency and security.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 6-8 years in software development, with at least 3-5 years focused on TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) development, including BW Container Edition (CE) and EMS for messaging.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong experience in TIBCO Suite (BusinessWorks (6.x / CE), EMS, Hawk, Adapters, BusinessEvents).
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (APIM, Service Bus, AKS, DevOps).
• Proficiency in Java (Java 8+), XML/XSLT, SQL (Oracle/MongoDB), and integration patterns (SOA, ESB).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Jira).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Certifications: TIBCO Certified Professional (BusinessWorks) or Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) are highly desirable, but not mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication for stakeholder interactions, and adaptability in fast-paced, collaborative settings.

Good to have, not mandatory Qualifications

• Experience with microservices frameworks (Spring Boot) and containerization (Docker, OpenShift).
• Knowledge of additional TIBCO tools (ActiveSpace, Flogo) or hybrid/multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP alongside Azure).
• Proven track record in high-volume, real-time systems (e.g., finance, logistics, or e-commerce).
• Contributions to open-source integration projects or relevant GitHub repositories.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
