We combine startup agility with enterprise-grade impact, fostering a culture that emphasizes quality, elite talent, and collaboration. 🔧 Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, and maintain customized CRM solutions that align with our business objectives. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and improve user experience. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Design and develop customized solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform Create and configure custom entities, workflows, plugins, and dashboards Integrate CRM with other systems using APIs and web services Perform data migration and ensure data integrity Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions Stay updated with the latest CRM features and best practices ✅ Requirements 3–6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules Strong understanding of CRM customization, configuration, and integration Familiarity with Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power Apps Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 🎓 Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate Experience with Azure services and DevOps practices Knowledge of Agile development methodologies 💡 Why Join Quant Tech?
