We are currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Senior Developer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (and Omnichannel)

Job Summary:

Dynamics 365 Customer Service Senior Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• System Configuration & Setup:

  • Dynamics 365 Customer Service

  • Set up case management, queues, routing rules, SLAs, and channels (email, chat, voice, etc.) within Omnichannel.

• Custom Development:

  • custom components

  • .NET, C#, HTML5, CSS, SQL Server

  • Develop and maintain reusable frameworks and best practices for D365 customizations.

• Data Migration & Integration:

  • data migration processes

  • Ensure data integrity, mapping accuracy, and performance optimization during migration.

• Testing & Deployment:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments.

• Collaboration & Documentation:

  • Work closely with solution architects, business analysts, and QA teams.
