Key Responsibilities

● Technical Leadership: Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle of the Flosmart DMS platform, including technology stack finalization, system architecture, and scalability considerations.

● Frontend Engineering: Build and optimize responsive, high-performance interfaces using React.js and Next.js, ensuring exceptional user experience and maintainability.

● Backend Engineering: Develop robust APIs and services with Node.js and Express.js, incorporating WebSockets for real-time communication.

● Database Design & Management: Architect and implement efficient schemas in both SQL and NoSQL databases to support diverse use cases.

● Cloud & Deployment: Deploy and manage the solution on Microsoft Azure, leveraging cloud-native services for scalability, security, and resilience.

● DevOps & CI/CD: Establish automated pipelines, containerization workflows, and monitoring systems to support continuous delivery and operational efficiency.

● State Management: Implement and maintain scalable state management solutions with Redux or Zustand.

● AI-Powered Development: Leverage Claude Code and other AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development, code reviews, and documentation.

● Documentation & Standards: Maintain clear technical documentation and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

● Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript with practical experience in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.

● Solid understanding of database systems: proficiency in both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).

● Hands-on experience with state management frameworks (Redux/Zustand).

● Experience with WebSockets and real-time data handling.

● Knowledge of Azure cloud services, including deployments, scaling, and resource management.

● Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevOps practices.

● Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.

● Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

● Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

● Experience in enterprise SaaS development or document management systems.

● Strong grasp of application security and compliance requirements.
