MERN Stack Developer

As a MERN Stack Developer at Flosmart DMS, you will play a crucial role in driving the end-to-end development lifecycle of the Flosmart DMS platform. Your responsibilities will include: - **Technical Leadership:** Lead the development lifecycle of the platform, finalize the technology stack, design system architecture, and consider scalability. - **Frontend Engineering:** Develop and optimize responsive and high-performance interfaces using React.js and Next.js to ensure exceptional user experience and maintainability. - **Backend Engineering:** Create robust APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js, integrating WebSockets for real-time communication. - **Database Design & Management:** Architect and implement efficient schemas in both SQL and NoSQL databases to support diverse use cases. - **Cloud & Deployment:** Deploy and manage the solution on Microsoft Azure, utilizing cloud-native services for scalability, security, and resilience. - **DevOps & CI/CD:** Establish automated pipelines, containerization workflows, and monitoring systems to support continuous delivery and operational efficiency. - **State Management:** Implement scalable state management solutions using Redux or Zustand. - **AI-Powered Development:** Utilize Claude Code and other AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development, code reviews, and documentation. - **Documentation & Standards:** Maintain clear technical documentation and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript with practical experience in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js. - Solid understanding of database systems: proficiency in both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB). - Hands-on experience with state management frameworks (Redux/Zustand). - Experience with WebSockets and real-time data handling. - Knowledge of Azure cloud services, including deployments, scaling, and resource management. - Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevOps practices. - Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code. - Strong problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions quickly.
