In this cross-functional role, you will own the end-to-end merchandising lifecycle—from assortment planning and trend forecasting to pricing and performance tracking. Your work will directly influence how customers experience our collections and contribute to the brand's growth in the evolving luxury space. What You’ll Be Responsible For Product Strategy & Assortment Planning Define seasonal product assortments based on market research, trend insights, and customer behavior. Ensure collections are aligned with brand identity, customer preferences, and sales targets. Collaborate with design, sales, and buying teams to plan cohesive, commercially successful collections. Sales & Inventory Management Monitor product performance across channels to identify bestsellers, underperformers, and gaps in the assortment. Use data-driven insights to adjust stock levels, phase out slow movers, and inform reordering decisions. Forecast demand and work with supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock availability. Market & Trend Intelligence Stay ahead of emerging jewelry, fashion, and luxury trends—especially in sustainable and lab-grown diamonds. Translate market findings into actionable recommendations for product development and merchandising strategy. Benchmark against competitors to identify white space opportunities. ️ Product Presentation & Launch Coordination Partner with ecommerce and retail teams to ensure optimal product display, imagery, and storytelling across all platforms. Contribute to launch plans, ensuring timely go-to-market execution and strong visual alignment. Maintain consistency in brand representation across touchpoints—both online and offline. Pricing & Promotions Assist in developing pricing architecture that aligns with market expectations and brand positioning. Plan and support promotional campaigns, flash sales, and exclusive drops to drive traffic and conversions. Analyze promo effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed. Who You Are A strategic thinker with an eye for product, strong commercial instincts, and a passion for fine jewelry. A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple product categories and deadlines. A collaborative professional who can effectively communicate with designers, marketers, and business stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in luxury fashion, jewelry, or accessories. Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and premium product positioning. Experience or interest in lab-grown diamonds and sustainable jewelry is a strong advantage. Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and merchandising tools; experience with analytics platforms is a plus.
