About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer queries through voice channels depending on the process assigned
Provide accurate product/service-related information
Ensure timely resolution of issues to achieve high customer satisfaction
Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution accuracy, and quality scores

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)
Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
Excellent verbal and/or written communication skills in English
Typing proficiency required for chat roles
Flexibility to work in rotational US shifts and on rotational week offs

Salary Structure:

Freshers:22,000 (Take-Home)
Experienced:26,000 (Take-Home)
