Job Description

Greet and assist walk-in customers withprofessionalism and enthusiasm.

Understand customer needs and recommendsuitable two-wheeler options.

Explain product details, pricing, andfinancing options clearly and effectively.

Coordinate with the sales and operations teamfor vehicle availability and test rides.

Maintain accurate customer records and followup with leads to drive conversions.

Handle inbound and outbound customer callsrelated to inquiries and follow-ups.

Ensure showroom hygiene, branding, anddisplay standards are maintained.

Support post-sale customer engagement toensure satisfaction and feedback collection.

Manage documentation support for vehicledelivery (RC transfer, insurance, etc.) in coordination with the operationsteam.

Requirements

Education: Bachelordegree orDiploma in any discipline.

Experience: 1-3 years incustomer service, showroom sales, or retail (automotive experience preferred).

Skills:

o Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.

o Strong customer orientation andproblem-solving attitude.

o Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRMtools).

o Ability to work in a fast-paced,target-driven environment.

Language: Proficiency inEnglish and local language (Tamil/Kannada) and Hindi
