About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Customer Success Specialists to join our international operations team.

In this role, you will engage with clients and vendors across the US and Canada, manage vendor onboarding, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to overall business growth.

If you have excellent English communication skills, a passion for client success, and prior experience in BPO, Urban Company, outbound sales, or vendor onboarding, this role is an excellent fit for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and vendors in the US and Canada via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to promote and support our services.
  
• Manage the complete vendor onboarding and client relationship process.
  
• Provide exceptional post-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Coordinate with vendors for onboarding, verification, and partnership management.
  
• Maintain accurate data of leads, clients, and vendors in the CRM system.
  
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships through proactive follow-ups.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client experience.
  
• Meet individual and team performance goals and contribute to the company’s growth.
  

Requirements

• Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
  
• Experience: 0–4 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome)
  
• Prior experience in BPO (voice process), Urban Company BD, vendor onboarding, outbound sales, or international calling (US/Canada) is preferred.
  
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
  
• Comfortable working in Night Shifts aligned with US & Canada time zones.
  
• Work Mode: Work from Office (Hyderabad).
  
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
