Job Summary: Core Platform development is spread across multiple cross-functional teams, each building large and complex components of the MDM platform. Engineer plays senior role in a team is technically responsible for particular feature delivery which consists of: Presenting a solution to Architects Technical drive feature delivery, make decisions, development leadership - distribute tasks across one or two regular engineers Work with QA to review testing approaches, provide all details needed for testing, and review test plans Be responsible for all internal feature documentation Job Duties and Responsibilities: You ll be building highly scalable, reliable, and componentized interfaces that create the foundation of the Reltio user experience Build responsive, high-performance, and reusable UI components using React.js. Implement modern design principles and best practices for a smooth user experience. Work with state management tools (Redux, Context API, etc.) Get feedback from and build solutions for users and customers Develop versatile and reusable interface components that can be delivered on multiple platforms, including desktop, tablet, and cell phone form factors. Develop the UI using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript to create great product experiences Collaborate with back-end developers and UX designers to improve usability. Work on different UI features, starting with the initial requirements discussions, to live deployment Turn requirements into simple, elegant, and optimal solutions that balance the health of the technology stack and the needs of the business Continuously look for ways to optimize and streamline the Reltio UI to deliver a robust and responsive user experience Collaboration Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups. Testing Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across the stack. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, ES6+, and modern JavaScript concepts. Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket). Good understanding of security best practices and performance optimization. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Experience working with UX designers and the ability to convert mockups into working client-side code using HTML5 and CSS3 Experience working with databases. Familiarity with browser testing and debugging Must understand the core principles of OO design & development and how to apply them in a highly scaled environment Good understanding of building scalable, maintainable, and efficient user interfaces Strong passion for creating a great user experience Excellent communication skills An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment BS/MS in computer science or equivalent experience Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with react framework like Next.js .
