To support accelerated development cycles and ensure comprehensive product quality, the team is seeking to enhance its user experience quality engineering capabilities, specifically focusing on faster, more frequent regression testing and expanded test coverage. About the Position We are looking for a passionate Quality Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring our software delivers exceptional user experiences across all platforms. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to identify and resolve usability issues, and accessibility barriers. Role and Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications across multiple platforms (web, mobile, desktop), browsers, devices and operating systems using both manual and automation test approaches. Use assistive technologies (screen readers, etc.) to evaluate accessibility compliance. Focus on user experience, usability and accessibility (WCAG). Develop, maintain, and execute manual/automated test scripts using industry-standard tools. Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases. Perform test executions, analyse test results, and report defects. Work closely with engineering team to to reproduce and resolve defects. Ensure continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) through CT pipelines. Contribute to the improvement of test processes and methodologies. Provide clear and concise feedback on user experience and design. Stay up-to-date with the latest user experience testing methodologies and technologies. About You Proven experience in software testing, both manual and automated . Hands on knowledge of automation testing tools like Selenium, Puppeteer, Typescript, Javascript, API test tools and techniques . Good understanding of usability principles and accessibility guidelines (WCAG). Knowledge of user experience and accessibility testing tools and techniques. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Zephyr or Confluence. Mentor other team members and encourage knowledge sharing. ISTQB foundation/intermediate certification. Prefer experience in cloud-based testing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. About the Position Solifi is seeking a skilled and proactive Software Engineer to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet business needs. You ll work across the full stack from server-side logic to database interactions and user interface components. This position involves development specific to customer requirements and evolving needs in the leasing and loan markets. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills, and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code. Role and Responsibilities Develop and maintain enterprise-grade features from front-end to back-end. Design and implement server-side logic using Java, J2EE, and Groovy. Build dynamic user interfaces using GSP (Groovy Server Pages) and integrate with backend logic. Collaborate with Business Analysts and QA teams to translate requirements into functional software. Write efficient database queries and manage data access using JDBC and Hibernate. Use JUnit for automated testing and ensure high-quality deliverables. About You Must-Have Skills Prior experience in Tech upgrade initiatives like migrating to latest RHEL version, Spring and Spring Boot version upgrade, jQuery Upgrade, Apache Tomcat upgrade, Javax to Jakarta migration etc. Java/J2EE, Spring & Spring Boot Angular Groovy, GSP and Grails Framework Writing Junit Test Cases Writing/Modifying SOAP UI and Smoke Test Cases and making it compatible with upgraded Tech Stack versions Gradle JDBC & Hibernate PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server (query writing, functions etc.) Good-to-Have Skills Microservices architecture and related technologies: Rest APIs, Spring Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, API Gateway Unibasic Maven Experience/Education: Bachelor s degree (BE/B. Tech) in Computer Science or equivalent. 3 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development. Hands-on experience with Java ecosystem and relational databases. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of Web architectures, RESTful APIs, and database interaction patterns. Proficient in writing clean, modular, and scalable code. Exposure to performance tuning and product optimization is an advantage. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Capable of working in a high-pressure, agile environment.
