About the Team

The OFP team, composed of highly motivated individuals, delivers high-quality platform solutions. To support accelerated development cycles and ensure comprehensive product quality, the team is seeking to enhance its user experience quality engineering capabilities, specifically focusing on faster, more frequent regression testing and expanded test coverage.

About the Position We are looking for a passionate Quality Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring our software delivers exceptional user experiences across all platforms. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to identify and resolve usability issues, and accessibility barriers. Role and Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications across multiple platforms (web, mobile, desktop), browsers, devices and operating systems using both manual and automation test approaches.
Use assistive technologies (screen readers, etc.) to evaluate accessibility compliance. Focus on user experience, usability and accessibility (WCAG). Develop, maintain, and execute manual/automated test scripts using industry-standard tools. Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases. Perform test executions, analyse test results, and report defects. Work closely with engineering team to to reproduce and resolve defects. Ensure continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) through CT pipelines. Contribute to the improvement of test processes and methodologies. Provide clear and concise feedback on user experience and design. Stay up-to-date with the latest user experience testing methodologies and technologies. About You

Proven experience in software testing, both
manual and automated
.
Hands on knowledge of automation testing tools like
Selenium, Puppeteer, Typescript, Javascript, API test tools and techniques
.
Good understanding of
usability principles
and
accessibility guidelines
(WCAG).
Knowledge of user experience and accessibility testing tools and techniques.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as
Jenkins, GitLab.
Experience with version control systems such as
Git.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like
JIRA, Zephyr or Confluence.
Mentor other team members and encourage knowledge sharing.
ISTQB foundation/intermediate certification.
Prefer experience in cloud-based testing platforms like
AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
