This role is part of the team that will work on leveraging AI to build new capabailites into Solifi products working with key Business and Technology leaders. The primary focus of the team will on leveraging AI frameworks to rapidly build market ready solutions.

About the Position

We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Engineer with 12+ years of experience to lead the design, and development of AI-driven solutions that power our next-generation products. As a strategic thought leader, you will work closely with product managers, data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate cutting-edge AI into scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping the future of our AI strategy and aligning it with the companys product roadmap.

Role and Responsibilities

About You

12+ years of overall experience in software development, with 5+ years in AI/ML systems.
Proven experience building and scaling AI/ML products in a
product-based or SaaS company
.
Strong knowledge of ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), data science tools (scikit-learn, XGBoost), and MLOps platforms.
Deep understanding of architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven, REST/gRPC APIs).
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment of AI at scale (containers, Kubernetes, serverless).
Solid grounding in algorithms, statistics, optimization, and data structures.
Familiarity with Generative AI (LLMs like GPT, Claude, Gemini, Bedrock) and fine-tuning/customization approaches.
Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
