Job Description

We are looking for a supervisor Customer Service to join our Branch Services South based in Hyderabad. This department oversees regional operations and branch performance, ensuring service standards are met for investors, distributors, and internal teams. It collaborates across TA and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes. Team members are coached and supported to grow professionally while contributing to regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. The environment encourages ownership, communication, and innovation through project work and continuous improvement#MID_SENIOR_LEVEL

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role

Bachelor s degree or MBA.
8 10 years in asset management or banking.
Supervisory experience in India.
NISM V-A certification.

Job Level - Manager

Work Shift Timings - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST
