Media Planner

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Planning

• Collaborate with strategy and account teams to design full-funnel media plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Use audience insights and data to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.

Audience Research & Market Analysis

• Analyze audience behavior, media consumption, and emerging trends.
• Benchmark performance against competitors and industry best practices.

Channel Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute campaigns across digital platforms: Google, Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, OTT (Hotstar, JioCinema, SonyLIV), and programmatic platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets, optimize reach, and ensure maximum ROI.

Campaign Optimization & Reporting

• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and optimize campaigns in real-time.
• Use tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics to drive better outcomes.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Partner with creative and strategy teams to align messaging and media placement.
• Coordinate with vendors and platform partners to negotiate and explore new media opportunities.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in

  digital media planning

  (agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency in

  Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and programmatic tools.

• Understanding of

  performance marketing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.

• Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Passion for

  data, digital trends, and brand storytelling.
