Media Planner

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing cutting-edge brands across different sectors/categories by driving digital Non-Biddable media planning for branding campaigns. As a Digital Media Planner at Lyxel&Flamingo, you will handle client/publisher relationships, deliver integrated digital solutions to meet client objectives, and participate in pitches as required. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day media buying, negotiate with Publishers to create optimized media plans aligned with client objectives - Develop client knowledge and prepare integrated digital media plans to achieve Client Goals - Build relationships with media vendors, evaluate proposals, and negotiate contracts - Educate internal teams on digital media advertising strategies, trends, and best practices - Synthesize digital media research, reports, and trends to create compelling media POVs and recommendations - Maintain MIS for billing, estimates, and ROs - Proactively identify new opportunities, pitch innovative ideas, and assist in new business pitches - Monitor campaign performance, optimize plans, report and analyze results to maximize ROI Qualification Required: - Minimum 6 months of experience in Digital media planning, preferably in a marketing agency - Graduate with a passion for dynamic digital media planning - Understanding of Non-Biddable platforms and experience in closing plans/deals/integrations related to Non Biddable media - Ability to strategize and execute campaigns in the Non-Biddable domain - Strong business and analytical skills with a quick grasp of paid media concepts - Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills,
