Role Overview: As a Media Planner at LEADSPACE, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic outdoor advertising plans for clients in the Outdoor Advertising industry. Your role will involve working closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure that media placements align with client goals and deliver maximum ROI. Key Responsibilities: - Develop strategic media plans for OOH advertising campaigns based on client objectives. - Conduct market research, audience analysis, and location scouting to identify high-impact media spaces. - Coordinate with the sales team to understand client briefs and translate them into actionable plans. - Evaluate and select appropriate outdoor media formats such as hoardings, transit ads, and digital billboards. - Monitor campaign performance, provide post-campaign analysis, and reporting. - Build and maintain vendor relationships for media buying and space negotiation. - Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and innovations in the OOH industry. - Prepare presentations and proposals for client pitches. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies, or a related field. - 13 years of experience in media planning, preferably in the OOH/advertising industry. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and media planning software. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Passion for advertising, branding, and strategic planning.
