About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Specialist with hands-on expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a performance-driven mindset, and the ability to deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns across various objectives (Lead Gen, Traffic, Conversions, Brand Awareness, etc.)
• Conduct detailed audience research, targeting, and segmentation
• Optimize campaigns for maximum performance and ROI
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, etc.)
• Create and test ad creatives, copies, and formats (static, carousel, video, reels)
• Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies effectively
• Implement A/B testing for creatives, placements, and audiences
• Coordinate with the design and content team for creatives and landing pages
• Stay updated with Meta’s latest policies, trends, and features
• Troubleshoot ad disapprovals, policy issues, and tracking errors

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Strong understanding of Ads Manager & Business Manager
• Experience in performance marketing and lead generation
• Hands-on knowledge of Pixel setup, Events Manager & tracking
• Proficiency in data analysis and campaign reporting
• Knowledge of Lookalike Audiences & Retargeting strategies
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc. (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of landing pages, funnels, and conversion optimization
• Excellent communication and time-management skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field
• Certifications in Meta Ads / Digital Marketing (preferred)

Additional Preferences:

• Experience working in an agency or client-handling environment
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Ads, Instagram Shops, or e-commerce campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and industries simultaneously
