Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the field, meeting potential clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an on-ground role requiring daily client visits and active market engagement. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking Meet clients to present product/service offerings and convert leads into sales Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by the manager Collect market insights and competitor data to support business strategy Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and follow-ups Coordinate with the internal team for timely delivery and customer satisfaction Participate in promotional events, campaigns, or exhibitions as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Field sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Bengali (Preferred) Work Location: In person
