Field Sales Executive

We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality welded wire mesh doors, designed for durability, security, and versatility. Our products are widely used across various industries, including construction, security, and agriculture. We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to promote our welded wire mesh products in the field and build lasting customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with potential customers in person, present our welded wire mesh doors, and demonstrate the benefits and features of the products.
• Generate Sales Leads: Identify and approach new customers in residential, commercial, and industrial areas to sell our wire mesh doors.
• Order Management: Take customer orders, provide accurate quotes, and process orders through the system.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport and trust with customers to maintain long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position and sell our solutions.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Feedback and Reporting: Provide insights on customer feedback and market trends, and report regularly to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in field sales or door-to-door sales (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable with in-person meetings, cold calling, and building relationships.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple customers and leads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
