Role Overview: As a Media professional in this full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing media strategies, managing media relations, creating compelling media content, and monitoring media coverage. Your daily responsibilities will include coordinating with various teams, attending media events, drafting press releases, and analyzing media reports. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all media activities are in line with the organization's mission and values. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute media strategies to enhance brand visibility - Manage media relations and cultivate strong relationships with key media personnel - Create engaging media content, such as press releases and media kits - Monitor media coverage and analyze the impact of media activities - Coordinate with internal teams to align media activities with organizational goals - Attend media events to represent the organization effectively Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge and experience in Media Planning, Media Relations, and Media Monitoring - Proficiency in creating engaging Media Content, including press releases and media kits - Excellent Communication and Team Coordination skills - Ability to analyze data and generate Media Reports - Experience with media tools and technologies is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field - Demonstrated understanding of the NGO sector is beneficial,
