Role Overview
The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing and managing marketing initiatives across email campaigns, events, SEO, and digital strategy. This position requires a hands-on marketer who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive lead generation, and enhance Locobuzz’s brand visibility through creative and data-driven marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Marketing & Communication
Plan, create, and execute outbound email campaigns for lead generation and brand communication.
Manage tools such as HubSpot and EMP for campaign automation and performance tracking.Develop end-to-end case studies, newsletters, and marketing collateral.Maintain and optimize the email chain for customer engagement and retention.
Lead the planning and execution of physical and digital events (webinars, conferences, and brand activations).
Serve as the primary POC for event logistics, coordination with sales, vendors, and the leadership team.Ensure all event goals align with overall marketing and sales strategies.
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.
Work with external agencies for SEO execution, content optimization, and analytics.Manage and monitor Google Ads, website analytics, and performance reports via G-Suite tools.
- Marketing Dashboards & Reporting
Manage EDOX dashboards for campaign performance and marketing competence metrics.
Track KPIs, measure ROI, and present actionable insights to leadership.Support the marketing team in introducing new product marketing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing activities with business goals.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong command over email automation tools (HubSpot, EMP, etc.)Proven experience in event management and stakeholder coordination.Deep understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven marketing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage deadlines effectively.
