Role Overview

Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize marketing campaigns (email outreach, paid or organic channels)
• Build and monitor customer funnels from awareness to conversion
• Manage cold email campaigns and support B2B lead generation
• Use Google Analytics and other tools to track KPIs (conversion rates, CAC, retention, etc.)
• Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign performance
• Create compelling marketing messages and support content creation
• Identify new audience segments and acquisition opportunities
• Work closely with operations and design teams to maintain consistent messaging

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital/experiential marketing roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics & funnel analysis
• Proven ability with cold outreach (email copywriting + deliverability knowledge)
• Analytical mindset with strong comfort in data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.)
• Experience in consumer services, D2C, or subscription businesses
• Amsterdam or EU-based (not compulsory)
