This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys switching hats and working in a fast-paced startup. Responsibilities Work closely with the Head of Marketing to plan & execute marketing strategies and campaigns, optimise performance and report on key KPIs. Manage email marketing (newsletters, workflows, segmentation) and website content, along with basic SEO best practices. Manage social media content, scheduling, posting, engagement, and analytics for Plumm, the CEO, and key Plummsters. Create and coordinate content across channels such as copy, visuals, basic designs, and short-form videos. Support product marketing through clear messaging, feature explanations, and competitor/market research. Assist with lead generation activities, landing pages, forms, and top-of-funnel content. Maintain marketing dashboards, reporting, performance tracking, and general marketing operations. Coordinate webinars, virtual events, community activities, and influencer outreach. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral and maintain up-to-date brand guidelines. Manage timelines, workflows, and cross-team coordination to keep marketing projects on track. Provide flexible support to the Head of Marketing and wider team across all marketing initiatives. Qualifications 3+ years of marketing experience in a generalist or digital marketing role.
