, we’re reimagining workplace mental wellbeing—and we need a Senior Software Developer to help us scale smarter and faster. If you’re someone who codes cleanly, thinks clearly, and enjoys collaborating with product, design, and business teams, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Translate business needs into technical solutions through collaboration and clear communication
Design and build scalable software using .NET and related technologies
Write clean, testable, maintainable code
Deploy applications and monitor performance
Refactor, debug, and continuously improve existing systems
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior devs
Document as you go—keeping things easy to follow
Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices
Work cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders

What You Bring

5+ years of hands-on software development experience (bonus if in HR Tech, HRIS, or SaaS)
Strong in C#, .NET MVC, SQL/T-SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, WebAPI, REST, Web Services
Up to speed with GDPR and HIPAA compliance
Clear communicator, strong problem solver, team collaborator
Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, startup environment
Curious mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
