About the Company:

• This role is for Flirtbate (https://flirtbate.com), we are building the best 1-1 Video Calling Platform for Adult Industry. We are based out of Netherlands but our majority of the team is based out of India so we work actively in the Indian Standard Timezone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of frontend features using

  Next.js

  ,

  React

  , and modern JS/TS.
• Design and build

  performant, SEO-friendly

  , and

  accessible

  web applications.
• Collaborate with product designers and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Own and improve frontend architecture, tooling, and best practices.
• Optimize page load time, performance, Core Web Vitals, and client-side efficiency.
• Review code, mentor peer engineers, and drive engineering excellence.
• Stay current with frontend trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on

  Next.js

  /

  React

  and

  JavaScript/TypeScript

  .
• 2+ years of experience specifically with

  Next.js

  (App Router or Pages Router).
• Solid understanding of

  SSR

  ,

  SSG

  ,

  CSR

  , and

  hybrid rendering models

  .
• Experience building highly responsive, performant UIs across browsers and devices.
• Proficiency in

  HTML5

  ,

  CSS3

  ,

  Tailwind CSS

  or other utility-first CSS frameworks.
• Strong understanding of

  web performance optimization

• Experience integrating APIs (REST) and working closely with backend teams.
