Your Role
As a Marketing Specialist , you will:
- Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Build and optimise landing pages, forms, and lead funnels to increase conversion rates.
- Manage SEO and SEM activities to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Develop and send eDM campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences.
- Monitor campaign analytics, conversion rates, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Plan, run, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other digital platforms
- Build and optimise landing pages, forms, and funnels, ensuring they are fully linked into the CRM/marketing automation tool (Zoho CRM / HubSpot) to accurately measure conversions, track cost-per-lead, and manage campaign performance
- Maintain and manage Hubspot CRM to ensure all leads are captured, tracked, and followed up.
- Create and automate workflows for lead assignment, follow-up reminders, and reporting.
- Provide regular reporting to management on lead generation and pipeline performance
- Track results, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance
- Manage allocated budgets for online and offline campaigns.
- Track ROI and cost per lead, adjusting activities for efficiency.
- Provide monthly reports to the CEO and Operations Manager with insights and recommendations.
- Create basic content in-house (blogs, social posts, graphics, newsletters).
- Brief and manage freelancers for higher-end creative projects (videos, advanced design, long- form content).
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing outputs.
- Manage Sensible Care’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Develop community-focused campaigns including partnerships, local events, and ethnic media ads.
- Monitor social engagement and respond to community enquiries in coordination with the operations team.
- Draft press releases, website updates, and stakeholder announcements as required.
- Support internal communications and culture initiatives through newsletters and intranet posts.
- Assist with brochures, flyers, and other collateral for frontline staff and client use
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- 2–4 years’ experience in a marketing role with strong focus on digital channels.
- Experience with Hubspot CRM
- Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM/PPC, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email
- marketing.
- Strong writing and content creation skills.
- Ability to brief, coordinate and quality-check work from freelancers.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects with limited supervision.
- Interest in healthcare, aged care, or service-based industries desirable
