Job description About Us: We’re building a B2B marketplace that connects manufacturers with buyers. Optimized for the Canadian and global market. Our platform helps manufacturers grow their business through exposure, sales enablement, and verified leads. We’re at an early stage and looking for a hands-on SEO/Marketing Specialist to help us grow from the ground up. What You’ll Do: • Develop and execute SEO strategies to grow organic traffic and improve search visibility. • Managing and executing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and Email Marketing. Creating and implementing effective strategies to grow brand visibility, engagement and onboard 1,000+ manufacturers. • Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and conversion funnels to boost sign-ups and inquiries. • Plan and execute content strategies (blogs, case studies, newsletters) tailored for B2B audiences. • Set up tracking tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar, etc.) to measure and report on performance. • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging, user journey, and onboarding flows. • Research competitors and improve brand positioning and differentiation. What We’re Looking For: • 2–3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing (B2B experience preferred). • Strong understanding of on-page/off-page SEO, keyword research, and content planning. • Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Ads. • Track record of measurable growth in traffic and leads. • Self-starter mindset – comfortable working in a startup environment with limited supervision. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bonus If You Have: • Experience marketing for B2B marketplaces, SaaS, or tech startups. • Knowledge of Canadian or North American manufacturing sector. • Basic HTML/CSS or WordPress/CMS familiarity.
