Role Purpose:

The Marketing and Sales Executive will drive MAGAS’s growth by planning and executing marketing campaigns and implementing end-to-end sales strategies. This role combines digital marketing expertise with sales acumen to generate leads, acquire clients/users, increase brand visibility, and convert prospects into revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to drive engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
  • Monitor and optimize paid campaigns on social media and search platforms to generate leads, traffic, and conversions.
  • Write engaging content including posts, graphics, videos, emailers, newsletters, blogs, and presentations in collaboration with design and content teams.
  • Plan and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing, user engagement, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with sales to nurture leads through marketing touchpoints and campaigns to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor KPIs such as engagement rates, CTR, conversion rates, and campaign ROI; analyze results and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with on-page content, updates, and basic SEO practices to improve website visibility.
  • Assist in planning, strategizing, and executing marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with design, content, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

b. Sales

  • Identify, qualify, and reach out to potential clients/users through research, social media, networking, and inbound channels.
  • Acquire new clients, users, or relevant content through targeted outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Manage the full sales funnel: lead generation → prospect engagement → presentations/demos → negotiations → deal closure.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with prospects and clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Develop customized proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Handle client objections, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand products/services with existing clients.
  • Work with internal teams to customize solutions for clients.
  • Track and report on KPIs, conversion metrics, and sales forecasts; suggest process improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, PPC campaigns, lead generation, and sales.
  • Strong understanding of social media, paid campaigns, email marketing, and digital content strategy.
  • Experience in lead nurturing, client acquisition, and sales funnel management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing analytics, and campaign management tools.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.

Performance Indicators / KPIs

  • Number and quality of leads generated.
  • Conversion rate of prospects into users/clients.
  • Social media engagement, reach, and campaign ROI.
  • Email campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions).
  • Revenue growth, client satisfaction, and upselling success.
  • Timely execution of marketing campaigns and sales follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
