Provide guidance, training, and support to staff members, fostering a positive work environment. Manage and resolve any staffing issues or conflicts and ensure the staff is motivated, well-equipped, and organized. Monitor the performance of staff on duty, providing feedback and ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with resort standards. Operational Communication: Maintain clear communication with the Resort Manager, department heads, and team members regarding operational issues, special requests, or concerns that arise during the shift. Conduct shift handovers and ensure that relevant information is communicated to the next shift.
