Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality ingredients and beverages. 6. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and management team to create food and beverage pairings and develop innovative promotions and events. 9. Ensure compliance with all local regulations and licensing requirements pertaining to the bar operation. 10. Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and waste, to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements:- - Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager. - Extensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, and current industry trends. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. - Experience in menu development and creating signature cocktails. - Familiarity with inventory management software and POS systems. - Knowledge of local and international wines, spirits, and cocktails. - Understanding of health and safety regulations as they pertain to the bar operation. - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - A degree or Diploma certification in Hospitality Management, Mixology is preferred.
