Job Description

As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Taazaa Marketing Studio, you will play a crucial role in managing email marketing, ABM, and CRM operations for US-based B2B clients. You will become the expert in marketing technology, automation, and campaign execution, working across client accounts to ensure flawless operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Own the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, including setups, workflows, A/B testing, and reporting. - Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Brevo, and Active Campaign for campaign execution. - Manage and optimize ABM campaigns using platforms like Demandbase, 6sense, RollWorks, and Terminus. - Ensure CRM hygiene, reporting, and integrations with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Zoho, and Pipedrive. - Build and manage segmented lists, lead scoring models, and nurture flows. - Collaborate with client account managers, content creators, and design teams to ensure timely campaign execution. - Analyze campaign performance to improve open rates, CTR, conversions, and pipeline impact. - Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and best practices. - Serve as the marketing operations partner for multiple clients, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and tools. In terms of qualifications, you should possess: - 4-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, email marketing, and ABM campaigns. - Proficiency in email automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Brevo, and Active Campaign. - Experience with ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, RollWorks, or Terminus. - Understanding of CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Zoho, and Pipedrive. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. - Strong analytical skills for campaign reporting and optimization. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced agency environment. - Detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about data-led marketing execution.
