Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time About TestGrid TestGrid is an all-in-one, end-to-end software testing platform built to accelerate the software development lifecycle. Position Overview As the Marketing Manager at TestGrid, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing programs that drive demand for our test automation platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success to position our product effectively in the market and deliver high-impact campaigns. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Define and manage the marketing budget and ROI reporting. Lead Generation & Campaign Management Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, social media, SEO, paid ads, webinars, and content marketing. Own the marketing funnel: drive MQLs and optimize conversion rates across each stage. Content & Brand Oversee content strategy including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and newsletters. Maintain brand consistency across all external communication and touchpoints. Product Marketing Collaborate with the product team to craft compelling product messaging and positioning. Lead go-to-market strategies for new feature releases and updates. Analytics & Optimization Track KPIs such as CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, traffic sources, and campaign performance. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to inform and refine strategies. Team Leadership Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers. Potential to build and lead a growing marketing team as the company scales. Qualifications` 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a SaaS or B2B tech environment. Proven track record in demand generation, content marketing, and digital campaigns. Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and marketing funnels. Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEM platforms. Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Bonus Qualifications Experience in test automation or developer tools market.
