Job Description

Job Title: SEO Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven SEO Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing advanced SEO strategies to improve our organic search rankings, drive traffic, and achieve business objectives. Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to guide content planning and optimization efforts.
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues; optimize website architecture and work with development teams to implement solutions.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata (title tags, meta descriptions, header tags) to align with SEO best practices and improve search engine rankings.
  • Develop and manage off-page SEO activities, including planning and executing link-building campaigns, identifying partnership opportunities, and managing outreach efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console (GSC), SEMrush, or Ahrefs, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all website and content initiatives.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) for implementing SEO changes.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of proven experience in an SEO role, demonstrating a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console (GSC), SEMrush, or Ahrefs is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex SEO concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Preferred: Experience in the B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) industry.
  • Plus: Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
