Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Architect with expertise in automation testing, particularly with Selenium and Appium, to lead the design and development of our Scriptless Automation Tool. The ideal candidate will architect scalable, user-friendly solutions that empower testers and developers to create automation workflows without needing to write code, enhancing productivity and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design and development of the Scriptless Automation Tool at TestGrid, ensuring robustness, scalability, and ease of use. Translate business requirements into technical product designs aligned with user needs and industry trends. Integrate Selenium and Appium capabilities within the scriptless framework to support web and mobile automation. Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, QA, and UX teams to deliver innovative and high-quality automation solutions. Establish best practices, architectural standards, and guidelines for the development team. Mentor technical teams and guide implementation following the architectural vision. Research and incorporate emerging technologies to enhance automation capabilities and maintain competitive advantage. Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Product Architect or in a senior technical leadership role in automation testing. Expertise in automation frameworks and tools, especially Selenium and Appium. Hands-on experience designing or working with scriptless or low-code/no-code automation platforms. Strong understanding of software architecture principles and scalable system design. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of AI/ML applications in test automation. Background in QA, software development, or related technical fields.
