Role Summary

technical vision and architecture for enterprise AI/ML healthcare products

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI/ML product solutions

  for clinical/healthcare data.
• Design hybrid

  Azure + on-prem

  multi-tenant

  SaaS architectures

  .
• Define architecture principles, tech stack, NFRs

  (performance, HIPAA security, scalability).

• Build and optimize

  LLM fine-tuning pipelines (Llama, Mistral, Phi-3)

  and

  MLOps workflows.

• Implement distributed training on

  Azure ML

  with

  GPU clusters.

• Develop model evaluation, synthetic data generation, versioning,

  A/B testing.

• Architect microservices, data pipelines

  (ADF, Synapse, Databricks)

  ,

  CI/CD (Azure DevOps),

  and observability.

• Lead PoCs

  , code reviews, debugging, production optimization.
• Document architectural decisions,

  APIs,

  deployment guides.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate across

  US/India time zones.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Expert

  Python, PyTorch, Transformers, production ML.

• Deep experience fine-tuning and deploying

  LLMs.

• Strong C

  UDA/NVIDIA GPU optimization knowledge.

• Proven delivery of production-grade

  AI products.

• Solid

  software engineering + DevOps

  skills.

• Flexibility

  US time-zone overlap.
