Product Architect

As a Software Engineer - Backend at Rappit, your role will involve analyzing requirements, designing, and developing optimal solutions to address complex business challenges. You will be responsible for defining features, development phases, and solution requirements for all stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in designing scalable architecture systems for Java-based applications. Key Responsibilities: - Selecting the technology stack based on the project requirements - Designing solutions with a focus on security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability - Creating prototypes of the solutions - Setting up a collaboration framework and providing project management support - Hands-on involvement to coach and mentor the team - Conducting validation tests to ensure flexibility and scalability of the Java environment Qualifications Required: - 9-12 years of experience in building cloud applications using Serverless/Microservices architecture - Proficiency in Core Java principles and implementation - Experience with Java 8 or above for development and delivery - Familiarity with frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, and other open source tools for web application development - Knowledge of database integration with Hibernate or other ORMs - Experience with SQL and No-SQL databases such as HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB - Knowledge of GCP is a plus - Experience in product development is advantageous - Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript - Understanding of DevOps principles Please note that Rappit (formerly known as Vanenburg) is a leading European enterprise software provider with 45+ years of expertise in the industry.
