Job Description We are seeking a Senior React Developer who excels in building high-performance, visually engaging web applications. This role demands deep proficiency in React.js and a strong command of animation libraries and techniques to craft smooth, interactive user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain complex React applications with a focus on performance and user experience. Create advanced UI animations using tools such as Framer Motion , GSAP , React Spring , or CSS animations . Work closely with product designers and UX teams to translate design mockups into high-quality, animated components. Optimize application components for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices in React development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, QA, and DevOps. Contribute to the architectural decisions and frontend technology roadmap. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in React.js development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build pipelines. Mandatory experience with animation frameworks such as: Framer Motion, GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform), React Spring Or equivalent animation libraries Experience building reusable components and frontend libraries. Deep understanding of state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms. Experience with unit and integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.). Git proficiency and experience with agile workflows.  Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering (SSR). Understanding of performance optimization techniques. Experience working on design systems or UI frameworks.
