We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will drive our market presence and growth by leading market intelligence gathering, creating compelling marketing assets, developing and implementing content strategies, planning and budgeting for events and expos, and establishing relationships with international agents and channel partners. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robust marketing background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Market Intelligence Gathering: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape within and outside India. Analyze market data and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and marketing initiatives. Develop and maintain a robust database of market intelligence to support strategic planning and tactical execution. Marketing Assets Creation: Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, presentations, flyers, and digital assets tailored to diverse markets. Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to ensure assets adhere to brand guidelines and meet objectives. Oversee the quality and consistency of all marketing materials, ensuring they align with company branding. Marketing Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement and supports marketing and business goals. Create and manage content calendars, ensuring the timely delivery of content across various platforms. Monitor and analyze content performance, utilizing data to make informed adjustments and improvements. Event/Expos Planning and Budgeting: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, trade shows, and expos to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Develop event budgets, manage expenditures, and ensure financial targets are achieved. Oversee all logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution of events. Developing International Agents/Channel Partners: Identify, recruit, and manage international agents and channel partners to expand market reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners, providing support and resources for mutual success. Negotiate and finalize agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with Strayfield’s objectives. Initiating First Contact: Reach out to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to introduce Strayfield’s products and services. Develop and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to generate interest and initiate business relationships. Follow up on initial contacts to build and nurture ongoing relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing, focusing on market intelligence, content strategy, and event planning. Demonstrated success in creating impactful marketing assets and content strategies. Proven experience in planning and executing events and expos, with strong budgeting and financial management skills. Experience in developing and managing international partnerships and channel relationships. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, content management systems, analytics platforms). Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
