Marketing Manager (Performance & Growth)


The position is based in Mumbai ( powai)

And needs to be filled immediately



Role Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will own the full funnel of customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth. This role will manage performance marketing, creative testing, and data-driven reporting to scale ShugahDaddy (premium menswear) efficiently. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, capable of building dashboards, working with agencies, and driving campaigns that lower CAC while strengthening brand equity.



Key Responsibilities:

.has a good grip on brand content and social connect. And influencer management

• Oversee daily/weekly performance on Meta, Google, affiliates, and other digital channelsworh the agencies incolved

• Track CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, and funnel conversion metrics.

• Deliver structured weekly performance reports (spend, revenue, ROAS, creative insights, funnel drops, next steps).

• Plan, brief, and monitor campaigns for new drops, festivals, and seasonal moments.

• Identify fatigue and recommend creative refresh cycles.

• Drive CRM/retention initiatives via WhatsApp, email, and loyalty programs.

• Work with agencies to ensure alignment on goals and manage cross-functional collaboration.

. Lead brand collabs and offline events for brand promo and sale



Key Skills & Qualifications:


• 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing / growth roles (D2C preferred).

• Good command of GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify analytics, Looker Studio. • Hands-on ability to analyze data and convert it into actionable insights.

• Experience managing agencies/freelancers for ads, creatives, and content.

• Comfortable balancing data-driven rigor with brand-driven storytelling.

• Strong project management skills; thrives in a lean, fast-paced startup environment.

Success Metrics (First 6–12 Months)

• CAC reduced to sustainable benchmark

• ROAS consistently >2.0x across channels.

• Increase in repeat purchase rate by 20%.

• Weekly reports delivered on time, with actionable insights.
