About Us: Mindful Rejuvenation is Kerala’s leading 100-bed psychiatry, neurology, de-addiction, and rehabilitation center. We provide comprehensive mental health care through psychiatry, psychology, and social work teams — focusing on recovery, well-being, and holistic healing. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager with proven expertise in digital marketing for healthcare or service industries. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and monitor Google Ads and Google Maps Ads campaigns. Manage and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns. Oversee SEO strategies to increase website traffic and improve ranking. Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports. Develop and implement lead generation strategies through online platforms. Coordinate with the design and content teams for creatives and ad copies. Manage online reputation and visibility for all Mindful Rejuvenation centers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably in healthcare). Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Instagram Marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and keyword optimization. Excellent communication and creative thinking skills. Ability to handle multiple campaigns and analyze performance metrics.
