A marketing maverick with a strong fashion and lifestyle pulse. Someone who understands that brand love is earned through emotion, consistency, and community and who knows how to translate that into growth across all fronts.

We’re looking for someone who:

·      Lives and breathes style, design, and storytelling

·      Is as comfortable hustling an event as they are pushing ROAS on Meta

·      Thinks in campaigns, but acts in moments

·      Wants to build India’s next big lifestyle brand with real soul and cultural relevance

·      360° Brand Growth Strategy , from playbook to pulse

·      Social Media , lead content, reels, storytelling, daily drops

·      Performance Marketing , own or guide the agency; focus on CAC & conversions

·      Offline & Event Marketing , Trunk shows, pop-ups, community gatherings

·      Creative Strategy , guide visuals, tone, and campaigns in sync with founder

·      Brand Tribe & Loyalty Loops ,work on early ambassadors & legacy community

·      Press & PR Strategy , collaborate with founder on storytelling & thought leadership

 𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐈𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄 & 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄

·      3 to 5 years in fashion/lifestyle/digital-first brands with some offline experience preferred.

·      Knows what inclusive yet premium storytelling feels like.

·      Self-led, high-agility thinker, loves to build and break at speed.

·      Thinks content + commerce are not separate : they drive each other

·      Wants ownership, not just execution.

·      Can join immediately and hit the ground running : we’re moving fast
