What Youll Lead

Brand Voice & Social Strategy: Elevate our digital presence across Instagram, reels, and campaigns.

Performance Marketing & Revenue: Run growth-driven campaigns, track KPIs, and push conversions.

Founder PR & Brand Buzz: Help us stay in the media and stay talked about.

Events & Offline Pop-Ups: Co-create retail experiences that build community and culture.

Creative Launches & Drops: Ideate and execute around new collections, campaigns, and customer stories.

Who Youll Work With

Directly with the Founder, across every marketing, content, and scale decision.

With the design, growth, and retail team to build an omnichannel brand from ground up as we grow fast .

With agencies or freelancers (only if needed you should be hands-on first).

Requirements:

4-7 years in fashion/lifestyle brand marketing

Strong handle on content + paid growth (Meta, Google, CRO, Shopify etc.)

Obsessed with storytelling, campaigns, and customer insight
