Job Description


  1. Sales

Business Development

·      Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach.

·      Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

Client Engagement

·      Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.

·      Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

·      Understand client needs and provide tailored certification solutions.

Sales Process Management

·      Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

·      Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.

·      Maintain accurate CRM records for all sales activities.

Target Achievement & Reporting

·      Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.

·      Monitor and report sales performance metrics.

Collaboration & Customer Service

·      Work closely with internal teams to design effective sales strategies.

·      Provide timely responses to client inquiries and resolve issues.

 Follow-up post-sales to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

  1. Marketing

Content Creation & Branding

·      Capture and manage photos/videos of certification processes, award ceremonies, and organizational activities.

·      Collect and publish client testimonials (written and video).

·      Develop marketing materials such as introductory PPTs, case studies, newsletters, and standard-awareness videos.

Campaigns & Outreach

·      Conduct outbound marketing in sectors like education, healthcare, and IT.

·      Plan and execute certification award ceremonies (domestic & overseas).

·      Organize events, exhibitions, and residential area awareness campaigns.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

·      Post regular updates, articles, press releases, and live activity videos on social media (LinkedIn, ISOCertnews, etc.).

·      Optimize LinkedIn and other digital platforms for lead generation and brand visibility.

·      Encourage staff and associates to contribute video messages and content for engagement.

Networking & Associations

·      Build associations in new countries and regions.

·      Engage with occupants of business hubs (e.g., Vipul Business Park) for business opportunities.

·      Leverage references from existing clients, associates, friends, and relatives for marketing reach.

  1. Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

·      Proven experience in Sales & Marketing roles, ideally in certification or service-based industries.

·      Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and client engagement.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
