Job Description

Core Areas of Responsibility:


1. Market Strategy and Growth

  • Strategy Development:

    Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with overall business goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead Generation:

    Design, manage, and execute integrated demand generation campaigns (digital, email, content, events) to deliver a consistent volume of high-quality leads to the Sales team.
  • Performance Metrics:

    Continuously monitor and report on key marketing metrics, specifically focusing on the efficiency of lead conversion rates and the total value contributed to the sales pipeline.

2. Brand Management and Content Excellence

  • Brand Stewardship:

    Serve as the guardian of the company brand, ensuring consistency in voice, messaging, and visual identity across all communication platforms.
  • Content Leadership:

    Oversee the development of compelling, audience-centric content (e.g., website copy, case studies, blog posts) that establishes the company as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Market Analysis:

    Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitive activity, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and inform strategic positioning.

3. Campaign Execution and Optimization

  • Digital Campaigns:

    Manage and optimize all digital advertising campaigns ($PPC$, paid social, $SEO$), focusing on maximizing return on investment ($ROI$) and reducing cost per acquisition ($CPA$).
  • Budget Management:

    Rigorously manage the marketing budget, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and optimized for maximum impact.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

    Utilize marketing analytics tools ($CRM$, Google Analytics) to track performance across the entire marketing funnel, providing actionable insights and reporting on campaign effectiveness to leadership.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Sales Alignment:

    Maintain a close partnership with the Sales team to align on lead qualification criteria, manage service-level agreements ($SLAs$), and develop sales enablement materials.
  • Agency and Vendor Management:

    Manage relationships with external agencies, consultants, and vendors to ensure deliverables are high-quality, on-time, and within budget.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience:

    4+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or high-growth environment.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Demonstrated hands-on experience with $CRM$ systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Marketing Automation platforms. Proficiency with web analytics and digital advertising platforms is essential.
  • Competencies:

    Exceptional analytical skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and proven success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from conception to reporting.
