Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager (Innovation) – Brand Strategy & Digital Marketing, you will be the creative force behind Good Monk’s innovations. You will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across both digital and offline channels, ensuring brand consistency and driving end-to-end creative campaigns, new product innovations, and robust digital presence. This is a Chief Growth Manager minus 1 role that requires visionary leadership, strong digital expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of consumer marketing in the health and wellness sector. 


Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and refine the overall brand strategy to drive awareness, credibility, and market leadership for Good Monk’s innovations like – Fruit Drink Mix, Superheroes Milk Mix & future innovations
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity in collaboration with cross- functional teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to ensure the brand remains innovative and relevant.


Creative Ideation & Campaign Development

  • Lead the creative development process from ideation to execution across all marketing channels (digital, social, print, events, and more).
  • Develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience
  • Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to produce compelling creative assets.


Digital Marketing & Omni-Channel Brand Building

  • Own the digital marketing strategy and execution across all channels including D2C, Amazon, Flipkart, Q-commerce, and Retail.
  • Develop and execute digital campaigns that drive customer acquisition and brand building, using SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Analyze performance metrics across digital channels and adjust strategies to optimize ROI (in partnership with the performance marketing team)
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.


End-to-End Execution & Innovation

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance measurement of all marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure timely delivery and consistent quality of all marketing projects while managing budgets and resources.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and R&D teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on campaign performance to the leadership team. 


Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and implement key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Present regular reports on campaign performance, market insights, and new opportunities to stakeholders.


Qualifications & Experience

Education:

a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.


Experience:

brand strategy, digital marketing, creative campaign development, and new

product innovation.


Experience in consumer products, FMCG, health & wellness, or nutrition

sectors is highly desirable.

Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and working

with external creative agencies.

Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing across eCommerce platforms

(D2C, Ama zon, Flipkart, Q-commerce) and Retail environments.
